OrthoNet- Improving orthopaedic education using internet resources
OrthoNet was initially developed to serve the needs of residents in the Division of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Toronto. However, over time OrthoNet has evolved into a web portal for Orthopaedic Residents across Canada and abroad.
Orthopaedic Medicine
Orthom.com provides information about orthopaedic medicine aimed at professionals. The site includes an online course (including 80 videoclips) in the clinical examination, diagnosis and treatment of the shoulder, with courses on the elbow and the wrist planned for the future. Users must complete a free registration process in order to use the online course material. This site is available in English, French and Dutch.
